One of the best things about collaborative projects are workshops, because expert-level exchange is always highly inspiring. After the successful RF workshop in June, another one took place this month: Elena partner CEA-Leti hosted a workshop on LNOI characterisation.
14 ELENA researchers from CCSEM, Thales, ETH Zürich and CEA-Leti were able to fully immerse themselves into the topic with talks on Raman spectroscopy, ellipsometry, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and reflectometric spectroscopy.
The result: fruitful exchanges and a clear plan for the way forward.
